NEW CARE DOCUMENT, SEVERE ME; WHEN YOU HAVE TO SAY, "GO AWAY". I am very excited to announce our brand new Care Document, which you can download from the link below. Here is an extract, raising some very important issues around how people can easily be misinterpreted by Assessors and the importance of a Risk Assessment.
