For August 8th 2023 A Tribute to Kara Jane Spencer
Kara was a dear friend and a constant inspiration, to me as an artist and a singer songwriter myself. Her enthusiasm really shone through, especially when I was struggling to write and finish “Notes For Carers”, she spurred me on not only to the publication stage , but also contributed extremely helpful, innovative chapters on staff recruitment and organization. We are blessed to have known her. We have two of Kara’s paintings on our wall. They are a deeply treasured memory of her.
